Breath is direct connection between our mind and body. Controlling the breath helps us to control our emotions and calm our mind.
What you will learn in our breath work classesPranayama is the practice of bringing more control to our breath. Through breath work we learn to strengthen our diaphragm, calm our minds and cleanse our internal organs and systems. Pranayama is an excellent mechanism to help reduce stress and significantly improve our respiratory system. It can aid in the healing of many diseases if practiced regularly with pure intention. In addition, pranayama is an amplifier to hatha practice and is the foundation for meditation.
