We offer workshops and individual sessions on teaching the classical Himalayan technique of meditation.

Satsang
Satsang is a spiritual gathering / discussion on any topic that is of interest. We will meet the 2nd and 4th Thursdays of every month starting in January 2024. This will be done virtually via Zoom. After about 30 minutes of discussion we will meditate together for 15 minutes.
