What are Sōm Yoga Workshops & Retreats like?

We offer 1-2 day workshops or 3-7 day retreats to support and focus on intentional rejuvenation on the body, breath and mind and therefore, your whole Self.
Group and personal workshops & retreats can include asanas (postures), pranayama (breath control) and meditation practices, along with personalized one-on-one guidance from our lead instructor, Vaishalee. These gatherings are time of connection and self improvement but also time to be with nature, interact with other like-minded people and take time for yourself. Along with our asana, pranayama and mediation practices, workshops and retreats may also include book readings, seminars, and quiet time. Depending on the location, there will be time to spend hiking, water activities and star gazing. Locally sourced vegan/vegetarian meals and accommodations are included in retreat fee. |
