What is Hatha?Hatha yoga is the intentional practice of postures with the focus on improving the health of muscles, tendons, organs and bodily systems including respiratory and circulatory. Hatha yoga is the doorway to discovering your body, your breath and your mind. As you practice regularly, you will discover new aspects of your body, how to use your breath to bring yourself at ease in a posture and you will feel better inside and out. We teach hatha yoga using the traditional classical method based on the science of the body and mind.
